first visit

If you have never been to therapy, and reaching out feels unfamiliar, considering your first session may seem unusual, even uncomfortable. It's something new. During our first appointment, I'll try to get a sense of what brings you to therapy, what you hope to achieve in our time together, and we will come up with a course of treatment that fits your particular needs. 

Forms will be provided in the waiting room for your first visit. Feel free to come a few minutes early to complete them before we get started. If you have any questions with the forms or their contents, I am glad to talk in more detail and help in whatever way I can during your appointment. 

My office is located on the 5th floor of the Bellingham Towers: 119 North Commercial Street. Bellingham, Washington 98225

Directions: Enter the Towers and take the elevator in the main lobby to the fifth floor. Exit the elevators and take a seat in the waiting room area directly outside the elevator. I will come out and meet you there are your appointment time.
